What does purchasing software as an "Idea Generator" mean?
 

The programs listed above are already fully functional and excellent software programs for the Cabinet and Door Manufacturer.  Cabinet Pro has existed since 1986.  But rather than hiring someone to research new features that should be incorporated into our programs, we would prefer suggestions from actual users of the program.

With new users, come new ideas. 

  Hence, we are looking for new users to generate new ideas for our future updates.  We have offered this "Idea Generator" option for years now, and it has been well worth it for all concerned.  Our new customers get a substantial price break and have many of their own ideas incorporated into the program; our current customers benefit from our updates that reflect the changes suggested by "idea generators"; and Cabinet Pro LLC ends up with a better program!   So everyone gets something positive if you decide to purchase as an "Idea Generator."

Purchase the Full Version of the programs listed above for substantial price adjustments!   In return, simply agree to USE the program and let us know of features that could be improved upon in the program, or any errors that may exist.  In addition, let us know of any enhancements or improvements you would like to see in future updates.


 

 

What is expected of an "Idea Generator"?
 

If you decide to purchase our software as an "Idea Generator", we ask that you simply USE the program and report via email any enhancements or improvements that you would like to see added to the program.  After implementing your suggestions, we might ask you to check its operation for any bugs before we release it to the rest of our customers.  If there are any bugs in the enhancements you requested, let us know.  We ask that your email be as descriptive as you can make it when reporting suggestions or bugs. 

  If you use the program, and find that it is doing exactly as you wish, and that you have no suggestions, then that is okay too.

Please note that not all suggestions of Idea Generators are incorporated into the program.  Cabinet Pro LLC reserves the right to be very selective in this area.


 

How do I accept this offer?
 

There are 2 stipulations for purchasing the Idea Generator Option:

1.  That you have not previously owned Cabinet Pro, Door Pro, or a Rental Version.

2.  That you are a single company purchasing a single program of Cabinet Pro.  (Multiple Purchases are not allowed.)

A single purchase allows Cabinet Pro to be installed on two computers.

  

This is a one-time offer to those who are new to our software.

Fulfill Steps 1 and 2 below to sign up and purchase the program of your choice for the discount listed above.  Further, you must print out and fill out the Purchasing Agreement, which is also accessible below.

Upgrading to the CNC Version Later
 

Question: If I plan to purchase Cabinet Pro Standard now as an Idea Generator, how much would it cost to upgrade to the CNC version later?

We would subtract the current regular price of Cabinet Pro Std. from the regular price of Cabinet Pro CNC to arrive at your upgrade price.

(If you are certain that you will be getting a CNC router later on, you may want to think about purchasing the CNC version now, so as to take advantage of the larger savings.)

 

 


Step 1:  Purchasing Agreement

In order to obtain technical support, have your CD mailed to you, and become a registered customer, print out the Purchasing Agreement, and fax the filled out document to:

Idea Generator Programs:  

Please Note: Oregon has no sales tax and we therefore do not charge sales tax.  However, you should check with your State tax laws to determine if you need to pay sales tax on this purchase directly to your State's department of revenue.


Step 3:  Download the Full Program

After we receive your payment and faxed Purchasing Agreement, you will be emailed the Passwords that will allow you to operate the software for 30 days.  In this same email, you will also receive a report showing your Monthly Payment, Deposit Amount, which Plan you are on (12, 24, or 36 Month) and Total Finance Charge if taken to full term. Keep this email in a safe place.
