We offer free Technical Support, some free Training, and some paid Training. Technical Support Technical Support is always free, whether you are up-to-date with our software or not. 1. If you have a technical support issue that does not need an immediate answer, you can send a Technical Support Ticket via email. Usually, a response to your email will be within 24 hours. 2. If you need immediate technical support, then skip the email and simply call our office. We may then access your computer remotely to solve your issue within minutes. Our philosophy concerning Technical Support is very simple: when you need answers to software issues, you need to talk with someone immediately, and you need the issue you are having solved ASAP. So we are available from 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday to answer your questions and solve issues arising from the use of Cabinet Pro or Door Pro. Sometimes we may direct your question to a particular video within the Video Help Center. But regardless of how your questions are handled, know that we consider getting you the Technical Support you need as quickly as possible is of supreme importance to the staff of Cabinet Pro LLC. Training Videos In addition to our free training curriculum that is found at the Video Help Center of our software, as well as numerous video tutorials on virtually every screen within Cabinet Pro,. One-on-One Personalized Training We also offer some FREE personalized one-on-one training shown in the description of each rental option. Please note that the free training that comes with each rental is per customer, not per seat. For example, 6 hours of free training is given for Cabinet Pro CNC, whether one seat or 5 seats are rented or purchased. If you require additional one-on-one training over the free hours given, then we offer various sessions at a nominal cost.

All rentals are for either 90 days or for 365 days, not 30 days. If you need a Trial Version of Cabinet Pro, then we strongly suggest you take advantage of our Free Test Drive (https://www.cabinetpro.com/testdrive)rather than spending money on a 90-day rental and having to spend time learning the software just to see if it will perform as you require. In a Free Test Drive, you will be viewing Cabinet Pro on our computer remotely and will be able to ask any questions you want to see precisely how the software operates. Of course, if you want to be absolutely certain that Cabinet Pro or Door Pro will work for you, then there is no substitute for renting the software as a Simple Rental for 3 months.

Yes. The unused portion of a given 90-day rental may be applied to a purchase of a Standard or CNC Option. For example, if you paid $450 for a 90 day rental of Cabinet Pro CNC and after 10 days decided to purchase Cabinet Pro CNC, then the balance of the unused portion, in this case $400 (representing the remaining 80 days), could be applied towards your purchase.

Yes! Both Technical Support and Program Updates are free of charge for all rentals.

No. Cabinet Pro LLC has never, does not now, nor will ever use "security keys" to protect its software. Security Keys (or dongles) are a major source of unearned money for software companies and something that we are committed to never using.

Simply re-visit our Rental Option page and pay for the next 3 months. Afterwards, send us an email requesting the access code for the next 3 months. If you choose not to pay for the next 3 months, then your Rental Agreement is automatically considered to be cancelled.

You would pay for 3-months at a time, with no further payment due unless YOU decide to pay for another 3 months. If you need to cancel your rental, simply do not pay for the next three months and your rental is automatically considered to be cancelled. While the amount you already paid for the 3-month rental is not refundable, no further payment would be expected unless you decide to pay for another 3 months.
