What are the conditions for the Rental Option?
 

1.  Payments shall be made in 30-day increments (i.e., 1 month at a time).  This shall be referred to as a "Monthly Payment".  Note:  The term, "month", when used with reference to the Rental Option, refers to a 30-day period, regardless of the actual number of days in any given month.

2.  If a Monthly Payment is late, then it shall be considered an automatic cancellation of the Rental Agreement, and no further payments are due.

3.  Being able to send and receive Email is a requirement for the Rental Option.

4.  There exist no refunds on any Rental Payments, with the exception of those additional fees described in Item #8 below.

5.  Once the Rental Fee is paid, an Access Number shall be emailed to the customer within 3 business days.  It is strongly suggested that the Rental Fee be paid well in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.

6.  The Rental Monthly Fee allows the user to operate our software for that given month.  This Rental Option is not a Rent-to-Own option.  If a customer decides to purchase the software package that is being rented, the price of the program will consist of our Standard Price with no discount applied, with the exception being Item #8 below.

7.  Save money by downloading the full program and video tutorials.  (A Program CD is available for a nominal charge.)

8.  All Rentals shall incur a one-time setup and administrative fee of $95.  In addition, a Rental of any CNC Version shall incur an additional $450 charge for the Post required for your router.  If the software being rented is purchased within 30 days, then both of these fees will be  refunded in the sense that they will be 100% applied towards the purchase price.

9.  The Rental Option allows installation of the software on one computer.  For each computer after one, an additional rental fee is due.

10.  Either party may cancel the Rental Agreement at any time, such that no further payment is due.  (Payments already made, of course, are non-refundable.)

11.  Complete your rental of Cabinet Pro or Door Pro by filling out the Standard Rental Agreement and faxing the signed agreement to Cabinet Pro LLC.

12.  All Rentals are required to purchase a minimum of one hour of one-on-one online instruction.  Two hours are suggested for any Standard version while four hours are suggested for any CNC version.  Click here for more details of Option 2, One-On-One Training.

13.  There is no limit to the number of months Cabinet Pro or Door Pro may be rented, with the exception of Item #10 described above.
